FEDERAL COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTATION

This notice is provided to document the federal compliance of the products sold and shipped by THCAHempStore. The Company operates in full compliance with the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill) and all applicable state and federal laws regarding the production, sale, and shipment of industrial hemp products.
SUMMARY OF LEGAL COMPLIANCE
The products contained within this shipment, and all products sold by THCAHempStore , are derived from industrial hemp and qualify as legal hemp as defined under 7 U.S.C. § 1639o(1).

Hemp Definition: "The term 'hemp' means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis."

Product Compliance: All products sold by the Company contain a Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (Delta-9 THC) concentration that is less than 0.3% on a dry weight basis and therefore are federally legal industrial hemp and NOT marijuana.

THCA Compliance: Tetrahydrocannabinolic Acid (THCA) is a non-intoxicating cannabinoid acid naturally abundant in hemp plants. According to the current DEA Interim Final Rule (IFR) and established federal testing protocols, only the Delta-9 THC concentration is considered for determining the legality of the material. The THCA content itself is not a basis for federal seizure or criminal enforcement.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
All shipments from THCAHempStore are accompanied by, or can be immediately verified with, the following documentation:

1. Certificate of Analysis (COA): A third-party, independent, and state-certified laboratory test result for every product batch. This document explicitly verifies that the Delta-9 THC concentration is less than 0.3% on a dry weight basis.

2. Notice to Law Enforcement: This document serves as a notice of the lawful contents of the shipment and the Company's commitment to compliance.

3. Shipping Manifest/Invoice: Contains a detailed description of the product, weight, and tracking information.
