Refund Policy

Products: No Refund Policy

 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of any products (including, but not limited to, flower, concentrates, edibles, and vapes) from THCA Hemp Store are final.

 

Why We Have a No-Refund Policy

 

  • Product Integrity and Safety: We cannot accept returns of THCA products for safety and quality control reasons. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its storage or handling, which prevents us from restocking or reselling it.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Due to the strict regulations governing cannabinoid products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

 

Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Orders Only)

 

We will only consider a replacement or store credit if your order meets one of the following criteria:

  1. Damaged in Transit: The product arrived clearly broken or otherwise rendered unusable due to shipping damage.

  2. Incorrect Item Shipped: You received a product that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong strain, wrong product type).

Process for Reporting an Exception:

Cancellations

 

Orders can only be canceled if the request is received before the package has been prepared for shipping (i.e., before a shipping label has been created). Once a shipping label is created, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
